The West Virginia Secretary of State’s Office requires that the West Virginia Board of Optometry approve any business name of an optometric corporation, limited liability corporation and professional limited liability corporation prior to the entity registering with the West Virginia Secretary of State’s Office.
The West Virginia Optometric Business Entity Registration Fee is $25.00.
