The West Virginia Board of Optometry usually meets at least four times a year and convenes for additional Special meetings when needed.
Meetings are held in person or by zoom conference call and proper notice is posted on the West Virginia Secretary of State's Administrative Law Meeting Notices website when meeting details are finalized. For all meetings held via Zoom conference call, please call the Board office at (304) 558-5901 to request the access call-in information.
Traditionally, Board meeting interview dates for license applicants occur during quarterly Regular Board Meetings in February, May, August and November. Additional dates may become available if the Board calls a Special Meeting.

The next Regular Board Meeting will be held in August in Charleston.
